Ingredients to make Cauliflower & Pumpkin winter warmer soup

  • 3 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups carrot cut into big pieces
  • 2 cups pumpkin cut into big pieces
  • 4-5 cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 spoon pepper
  • 1 spoon Italian herbs - Oregano
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup finely sliced onions
  • 2 spoons butter
  • Half cup heavy cream

How to make Cauliflower & Pumpkin winter warmer soup

  1. Take a pressure cooker and heat the butter add the chopped garlic and onion and sauté well
  2. When the onions turn translucent add the cauliflower, carrot and pumpkin and sauté for 10 minutes
  3. Add the pepper, salt and herbs
  4. Cook for 2 whistles the vegetables will be cooked well
  5. Now take a blender and blend well
  6. Top with herbs, croutons and heavy cream

Adding heavy cream makes the dish ,rich and creamy
