Here is a simple and healthy smoothie with yogurt and kala jamun..

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Jamuns ... 1 cup (about 10 -12 cut into pieces)
  2. Yogurt .... 1 cup
  3. Sugar ...... 2 tsps (you can substitute it with honey)
  4. Salt ...... 1 pinch to balance the taste.

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a mixie adding sufficient water. Use cold water or some ice cubes.
  2. Serve chilled.
