  • Small gulab jamuns halved - 25-30
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) grated - 2 cups
  • Hung yogurt - 1 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Bran biscuits or Digestive biscuits crushed - 8-10
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Carrageenan (vegetarian gelatin) - 1 tablespoon

How to make Gulabjamun Cheesecake

  1. Melt butter in the microwave oven for a minute. Add it to the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix.
