Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon capsicum (chopped)
  3. 1 tablespoon onion greens (chopped)
  4. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. salt ( to taste)

Instructions

  1. Break two eggs in a microwave safe mug.
  2. Beat with the help of fork.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, chopped onion greens and coriander leaves to it and mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  6. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
