Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup semolina.
  2. 1 chopped onion.
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1 chopped green chilli
  5. 1 chopped capsicum
  6. 10 chopped beans
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  9. 10 kari patta [curry leaves]
  10. 3 cup water.
  11. 4tsp oil.
  12. Coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds
  3. Put kari patta
  4. Now add green chilli followed by chopped onion, saute for few seconds.
  5. Add all veggies and give it a good mix.
  6. Add salt
  7. Stir well
  8. Now add the semolina and mix well.
  9. Add required amount of water and mix well. Let the semolina soak up all the water.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
