Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup mung ,( whole )
  2. 1 chopped tomato
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tsp Chilly powder
  7. 2 tsp Lemon juse
  8. Chopped coriander [handful]

Instructions

  1. This is one cup of sprouts.
  2. Take it in bowl, add onion, tomato, chilly powder ,salt , black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and give it a good mix.
  3. Serve this as a snack or as a salad.
