Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 boiled potatoes
  2. 2 Cup besan
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4 tsp whole coriander seeds
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  7. Coriander leaves [handful]
  8. Oil [for frying]

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add salt and all the masalas, mix well.
  2. Add garlic paste.
  3. Add coriander leaves
  4. Now make a batter with besan, salt, little oil and water.
  5. Heat oil
  6. Make a ball of potato mixture, dip in besan batter and then deep fry it.
  7. When it is half done, remove it from the oil and drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
  8. Flatten it and then re-fry in the hot oil.
  9. Serve with chutney.
