Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Grated processed cheese - 1 cube
  3. Finely chopped shimla mirch - 1 cup
  4. Carom seeds - a pinch
  5. Onion seeds - a pinch
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - 2 tbsp
  8. Water - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  2. Keep rest for fifften mins.
  3. Take some dough make into a ball.
  4. Flatten the ball into thick round paratha.
  5. Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
  6. Applying oil on both the sides.
  7. Serve garma garam paratha.
