Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour-1 cup
  2. Sooji- 1 cup
  3. Maida-1/2 cup
  4. Water- 5 cups
  5. Onion,Grated carrot and coconut-1/2 cup
  6. Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  7. Salt- as per our taste
  8. Oil- to drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Heat a non stick pan and brush with little oil( i used silicon brush )
  3. Now pour a laddle full of batter from edges of pan to middle of pan to form a round dosa.
  4. We can see holes on the dosa. When it turns golden brown colour, flip to other side and roast for few seconds and serve hot.
