ABOUT Veg omelette RECIPE

This is an easy breakfast option especially for vegetarians who love to have omlette but can not have eggs, so a vegetarian version of the egg omlettes.

  1. Basmati rice - 1 cup
  2. Chana dal / bengal gram - 1 cup
  3. Chopped carrot - 2 tsp
  4. Chopped spinach - 1 cup
  5. Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  8. Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
