Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4slices Brown Bread
  2. 150 gms paneer
  3. 1/4each of red,yellow and green capsicum1tomato
  4. 2tsp coriander leaves
  5. 1green chilly
  6. 2tsp oil
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1/2tsp chilly powder
  9. 1/2tsp cumin powder
  10. 1tsp mustard seeds
  11. 4cherry tomatoes


  1. Finely chop tomatoes,bell peppers and chilli.Crumble paneer.
  2. Mix them and add coriander leaves,salt,chilly and Cumin powder.
  3. Put topping on the bread slices.Heat pan and put little mustard to crackle.
  4. Put bread with topping side on pan and press gently to cook.
  5. Reverse the side,put little oil and cook.Cut bread slices into half and garnish with tomatoes.
