This is a recipe of an easy chutney that can be served with some dosa or idlis on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup curry leaves
  2. 1/2 cup dry coconut
  3. 1/2 cup roasted chana dal
  4. 1 tbsp til
  5. 4-5 dry red chilli
  6. imli ke 3-4 tukde
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. salt to taste


  1. Heat some oil in a pan, fry the curry leaves till they are crispy.
  2. Now add rest of the ingredients to it and roast all of them well.
  3. Now tale them off the heat, place them into the plate and cool them enough.
  4. Now grind them into a powder using a mixer grinder.
  5. The chutney is ready, you can also have them with parathas and curd too.
