  • 1 cup semolina flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup curd

How to make Idli

  1. Combine the semolina,curds,salt,and a cup of water in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Add fruit salt to the batter and mix well.
  3. Grease the idli moulds .
  4. Steam in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
