Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup methi leaves
  2. oil for roasting theplas.
  3. salt to test
  4. Half teaspoon coriander powder
  5. Half teaspoon cumin powder
  6. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Half tsp red chilli powder
  8. One spoon ginger Chilli paste
  9. One fourth Cup Jowar flour
  10. One fourth Cup bajra flour
  11. One fourth Cup besan
  12. 1 cup whole wheat flour


  1. Rinse 1 cup Methi leaves very well in water then bring them and talk finally keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl take all flour.
  3. Add all the spices and herbs.
  4. add the chopped Methi leaves mix everything well.
  5. Add the water knead the Dough very well.
  6. And after 15 minutes.make the thepla and roasted with oil.
