Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour -2 cup
  2. Chana dal 1 cup
  3. Ginger - 1inch stick
  4. Cumin seeds -a pinch
  5. Ajwain -a pinch
  6. Onion seeds - a pinch
  7. Chopped green chillies -2
  8. Salt -to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for 4-5 hours.
  2. .Then drain chana dal and add ginger and grind it.

  5. . Very smooth paste is ready.
  6. Mix cumin seeds, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
  7. Take wheat flour. Mix salt, ajwain, mangrail and make a smooth dough with the help of water
  8. .Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  9. .Flatten the balls into thick round puri.
  10. Stuff the dal filling in round shape puri and fold it
  11. Steam it for ten mins
  12. Serve with green chutney or sauce
