This is a yummy kathi roll , made with palak paneer, a yummy and healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Palak puree - 1/2 cup
  3. Finely chopped green chilly - 1
  4. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 4 tbsp
  7. For stuffing
  8. Grated paneer - 100 gms
  9. Finely chopped green chilly - 2
  10. Finely chopped onion - 1
  11. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  12. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  13. Hot and sweet tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Grated processed cheese - 50 gms

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,palak puree,green chilly,cumin seeds powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well
  2. With the help of water make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into thin chapati
  4. Grease the pan on a medium heat and make paratha.
  5. Spread one tbsp tomato sauce and add one tbsp paneer stuffing and roll the paratha
  6. Serve hot
