  1. Leftover rice rotti dough 2 cup [you can add seasoning of you choice, I have added Cumin seeds, salt]
  2. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER RICE ROTTI DOUGH, TAKE SOME DOUGH TO DO SMALL BALLS
  2. DO THE BALLS AND COVER THE CLOTH
  3. APPLY SOME OIL TO SHEET
  4. TAKE THE BALLS AND PRESS THEM
  5. HEAT THE OIL AND PLACE THEM ONE BY ONE
  6. STIR OCCASIONALLY AND FRY
  7. FRY TILL GOLDEN COLOR AND REMOVE THEM, STORE IN AIRTIGHT JAR AFTER COOL
