ABOUT Vegetable upma RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe of making upma , for breakfast which is healthy as well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji ( Rawa or semolina]) 1 cup
  2. ghee 3tsp
  3. oil 2tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  6. cumin seeds 1tsp
  7. Curry leaves 1tsp
  8. Green chilly 2
  9. tomato 1
  10. onion 1
  11. Warm water

Instructions

  1. Roast suji in the oil.
  2. Then add oil in another pan heat it then add all the other ingredients except warm water and cook it
  3. Once all the vegetables are cooked then add suji and warm water and mix it well
  4. Ready to serve.
