Menemen (Turkish breakfast )

finely chop onion & green pepper.

boil some water & put tomatoes in it. remove from fire. after sometime take them out & remove skin. finely chop.u can blend in mixi also. then cooking will b easier.

heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil. add onion .fry well.

then add green pepper. let it cook for a few sec.

then add tomatoes. cook well till it stops bubbling & tomatoes are well mashed.

then finally add well beaten eggs. spread the eggs all over it. stir slowly with lot of care.

remove when it s almost set & serve hot with bread.
