ABOUT Spring roll RECIPE

This is my style of making spring rolls, which is filling and is a perfect breakfast recipe as well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida -1 cup
  2. Salt - to taste
  3. Grated cabbage - 3 cup
  4. Carrot thinely sliced - 2 cup
  5. Capsicum thinely sliced - 1 cup
  6. Processed cheese grated - 1/2 cup
  7. Soy sauce - 1 tsp Oni
  8. Onion chopped - 1
  9. Oil - 1/2 cup
  10. Mustard seeds - a pinch
  11. Jeera seeds - a pinch
  12. Black pepper - a little pinch

Instructions

  1. Mix maida,one tbsp oil and salt with the help of water to make a stiff dough.
  2. . Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  4. . Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin
  5. Heat the pan on a medium flame and make a half done roti
  6. Heat the oil in a pan, put the mustard seeds and jeera seeds to sprinkle.
  7. Add the onion till light brown.
  8. Now add thinely chopped veggies, stir well and saute for five minutes.
  9. Add soy sauce , black pepper and salt and switch off the gas.
  10. Add the grated cheese in the veggie once it gets crunchy
  11. Now the stuffing gets ready.
  12. Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
  13. . Put the stuffing in the half done roti and wrap it.
  14. Roll it tightly and shallow fry from both the sides until golden brown.
  15. When the roll is ready cut into two or three pieces.
  16. Serve hot with red chilly sauce
