A fudge made with the combination of whole whaet flour and dry fruits is basically a sindhi delicasy. .it is prepared in winters

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Wheat flour 250 gm
  2. Ghee 250 gm
  3. Dry fruits mix 150 gm
  4. Desicated coconut 4spoons
  5. Khuskhus 25 gm
  6. Edible gum 50 gm
  7. Water 150 ml
  8. Sugar 200gm
  9. Cardimom

Instructions

  1. Heat gum in ghee and let it cool and crush it
  2. Make a sugar syrup of thick consistency
  3. Heat ghee in thick bottom vassal.add flour n cook it till it get golden. Add khuskhus dry fruits coconut .cook further for 10 minutes
  4. Add sugar syrup at a high flame..n mix properly n cook for five minutes
  5. Pour down in a plate .Garnish with some melon seeds n coconut..let it come down on room temperature cut into pieces..
  6. Serve with smile
