Ingredients to make Sabudana Khichidi

  • sabudana : 1 cup
  • Boiled potato : 1
  • Green chilli : 3
  • peanuts : 2 tbsps
  • ghee : 1 1/2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  • lemon juice : 1 tsp
  • salt as required

How to make Sabudana Khichidi

  1. Wash and soak sabudana in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain in a colander.
  3. Roast peanuts , peel the skin and powder it coarsely.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan , add cumin seeds, green chillies and fry.
  5. Add chopped potato and mix.
  6. Add drained sabudana , salt and mix everything well.
  7. Reduce the flame, add peanuts powder and mix.
  8. Let it cook for few minutes
  9. Remove from flame , add lemon juce , mix . Serve hot.
