    Ingredients to make Bottle guard muthia

    • bottle gourd..1
    • Suji..1 tbsp
    • besan..1tbsp
    • wheat flour..1/2tbsp
    • ginger,garlic,greenchilli paste..1sp
    • sugar..1 sp
    • curd..1/2bowl or as per need
    • salt to taste
    • sesame seeds..2sp
    • jeera..1sp
    • turmeric powder..1/2sp
    • Pinch of soda bicarbonate
    • oil..1 sp
    • Chopped green coriander leaves.

    How to make Bottle guard muthia

    1. Wash and peel bottle gourd.
    2. Grate it.
    3. Mix all 3 flours in grated bottle gourd.
    4. Mix salt,turmeric powder,green chilli,ginger,garlic paste,and sugar.
    5. Add pinch of soda bicarbonate.
    6. Now start kneading the flour.
    7. Add curd as per need and knead it again.
    8. Dough should be loose.
    9. Now take small portion of dough and by rolling give cylindrical shape and that is the shape of muthia.
    10. Likewise make all muthia.
    11. Steam all muthia for 10 minutes.
    12. Let them cool and cut into pieces.
    13. Take a deep pan.
    14. Add oil,add jeera and sesame seeds.
    15. Add muthia and saute them in regular intervals till they turn crispy.
    16. Squeeze half or 1 lemon according to taste.
    17. Lastly garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.

    My Tip:

    You can use left over dal and rice also in kneading flour.
