Tiranga Bread Pakora

Ingredients to make Tiranga Bread Pakora

  • White bread slices 6 without their brown edges.
  • Corriender mint chutney 1/2 cup
  • tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Tiranga Bread Pakora

  1. MIX 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, 1 TSP SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, ADD SOME WATER & MIX
  3. PREPARE A THICK BATTER
  4. SPREAD 1 TBSP CORIANDER CHUTNEY ON A SLICE OF BREAD
  5. SPREAD 2 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP OVER ANOTHER SLICE
  6. PLACE A THIRD SLICE IN THE MIDDLE LIKE THIS
  7. DIP THIS 3 LAYERED SANDWICH IN THE READY BATTER
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT
  9. FLIP & COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  10. REMOVE WHEN CRISP
  11. CUT INTO 2 HALVES
  12. SERVE HOT !
