Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup:methi,wheat flour
  2. 1/4cup lukewarm water
  3. 1tsp:jeera,ajwain,salt, ginger chilli paste
  4. oil as required

Instructions

  1. Soak chopped methi in water and leave for 15min so that all dirt will settle down.
  2. Take out and add it to the flour with remaining ingredients
  3. Make dough and leave at room temperature for 15min
  4. Make paratha and serve with pickle
