Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Green peas 1 cup
  3. Carrot chopped 1 spoon
  4. Oil 1 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  8. Curry leaves 5_6
  9. Lime juice 1 tsp
  10. Water as required
  11. Coriander leaves 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat pen and dry Rost semolina until slightly coloured and transfer into a plate.
  2. IIT oil in a same when add mustard seeds c**** seeds Ginger green chillies little salt curry leaves and saute it.
  3. Add soft boiled and slightly match the green piece ,carrot ,coriander leaves lime juice and saute it.
  4. Add water and check for seasoning and add salt and boil it.
  5. Add roasted semolina and mix nicely and cook it on slow flame with lid on it until it is done.
