Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup semolina
  2. 1 green chilly chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 3 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients.
  2. After 30 minutes ,stir the batter again.
  3. Heat a tawa spread some oil.
  4. Pour the batter and spread it gently.
  5. Drizzle some oil on the sides and top.
  6. Flip and serve rava uttapam hot.
