Paneer Shrikhand Delight

Ingredients to make Paneer Shrikhand Delight

  • 2 cup- Shrikhand
  • 2 cup- paneer
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp China grass
  • 1 packet Digestive biscuit
  • A pinch of red color
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • A tsp each of rose essence and vanilla essence
  • A tsp of saffron essence
  • 1 cup milkmaid

How to make Paneer Shrikhand Delight

  1. Start by churning the digestive biscuits. Then add butter into the churned biscuits.
  2. Take one mould and set the biscuit, then keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a mixer jar and add in the paneer, shrikhand , gelatin, milkmaid, and saffron essence to grind together.
  4. Next add the shrikhand paneer batter into the settled mould and once again set it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish it with a red heart and red star shaped china grass. After 10 minutes make a layer of the saffron flavor china grass.
  6. Set it again for 10 minutes in the refrigerator and unmold it after 10 minutes.
  7. Delicious Paneer Shrikhand delight/ Indian cheese cake is now ready to be served!
