Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana- 2 cup socked overnight
  2. Peanut- 3/4 cup
  3. Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
  4. Green chilly- 5-6 chopped
  5. potato- 3( boil,peel and chopped)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil-1tablespoons
  8. Lemon juice- 1tablespoons
  9. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  10. Sugar-2teaspoon
  11. Curry leaves- 7-8
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Sock the sabudana overnight by adding just enough water to cover them.
  2. Dry roast the peanuts and remove the skin and make a coarse powder in mixer jaar.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and splutter them.
  4. Now add curry leaves and green chilly and saute for a minute.
  5. Now add peanuts powder and saute for a minute.
  6. Now add red chilly powder, Dry mango powder, Salt ,sugar and mix well.
  7. Now add chopped boil potato and socked sabudana and mix well.
  8. Now add lemon juice and few drops of water and cook on slow flam for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
