ABOUT KESARIA PARATHA RECIPE

Saffron flavoured parathas can be relished with masala tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour ..... 3/4 cup
  2. Maida ............. 1/4 cup
  3. Dessicated coconut .. 1 tbsp.
  4. Paneer chena or grated paneer .. 2-3 tbsp.
  5. Saffron ................... a pinch (Soaked in warm milk)
  6. Cardamom powder ...... 1/8 tsp
  7. Ghee ..as needed
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. . Knead ata and maida adding a little ghee, paneer, coconut, cardamom powder, saffron and salt to taste.You can use milk/water to knead. Set aside for a couple of hours to bring out the colour of saffron.
  2. Roll out the parathas and roast on a griddle adding a little ghee.
