ABOUT Chinese Dumplings.... RECIPE

Made my own way with chicken, spring onions and other ingradiants. Sometimes changes are necessary.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced chicken - 2 cups
  2. Chopped mushroom - 2 nos
  3. Chopped spring onion - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped parsley - 2tbsp
  5. Chicken stalk ( with fat) small cube for each one
  6. Flour - 1 1/4 cup
  7. Tapioca flour - 1 cup
  8. For Seasoning
  9. 1 tsp - salt
  10. 1 tsp sugat
  11. 1tsp - cornflour
  12. 1 tsp - soya sauce
  13. Wine to taste ( optional)
  14. Pepper to taste
  15. Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dough
  2. Pour boiling water into mix of flour and tapioca flour and blend with rolling pin. Then knead the dough into rod shape. Cut the dough 15 g each or poori size peda. Flatten it and make it.round shape.
  3. Mix all the prepared ingradiants with seasoning.
  4. Take a flatten round pastry and put 1 tbsp mixture and 1 chicken fat cube. Fold it with your desire shape.
  5. Put prepared dumplings onto a greased plate and brush dumplings with oil and spray with water.
  6. Steam for 12 - 15 minutes. Serve hot .
