Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha - 1 cup
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Red chilli powder as per taste
  4. Lemon juice -1 tea spoon
  5. Fried mungfali - 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped and fried potatoes - 1/4 cup
  7. Mustard seeds- 1/4 tea spoon
  8. Chopped onion -1/4 cup
  9. Chopped tomatoes- 1/4 cup
  10. Oil-2 tea spoon
  11. hing- a pinch
  12. Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak poha for 15 minutes
  2. Take oil in kadai or pan . Heat the oil.when oil get heated add hing and mustard seeds.
  3. When mustard seeds stop cracking sound add poha, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Now add mungfali and potatoes and mix well.
  5. In the last add tomatoes, lemon juice and chopped onion and mix well.
  6. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
