Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour...2cup
  2. curd...1cup
  3. salt
  4. sugar..1tspn
  5. baking powder..1tspn
  6. baking soda...1/4th tspn
  7. oil
  8. White chick peas/kabuli chana...2cup
  9. Tea bag...1
  10. Star anise...1
  11. cloves...6
  12. cinnamon stick...1"
  13. Garlic...6
  14. Onion...3(big)
  15. ginger paste..1tspn
  16. chopped tomato..1
  17. turmeric powder...1tspn
  18. red chilli powder...1tspn
  19. kashmiri red chilli powder...3tspn
  20. garam masala...1tspn
  21. coriander leaves
  22. lemon juice...1tspn

Instructions

  1. Take 1 tspn tea leaf,1cinnamon stick,star anise ,green cardamom & cloves in a cotton cloth.Make a knot of it.
  2. Pressure cook the white chick peas or kabuli chana with the tied tea leaves cloth to enhance colour.
  3. Heat oil, add cumin seeds ,dry red chilli & chopped garlic.Saute it for a while.
  4. Add chopped onion,ginger paste & chopped tomato.
  5. Add boiled kabuli chana & all spices.
  6. Add hot water , cover it & cook it well.After 10 mins add garam masala , lemon juice & coriander leaves.
  7. For Bhature, mix flour,1tspn baking powder, 1/4th tspn baking soda, 1 cup curd, salt, 1tspn sugar ,oil & water.Cover it & keep aside for 30 mins.
  8. After that make balls from the dough , roll it & deep fry it.
  9. Its ready to serve now.Serve it with onion slices, green chilli & lemon slice.
