Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup puffed rice
  2. 1/2 cup peanuts
  3. 5-7 curry leaves.
  4. 1 cup namkeen gathiya
  5. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 4 tsp oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. On Medium flame fry the peanuts until light brown in colour keep stirring in between.
  3. Transfer the fried peanuts in a bowl and keep aside.
  4. After the Fenugreek seed turn dark brown and dry red chilli , cinnamon stick ,cloves, curry leaves mustard seed and finally cumin seeds.
  5. Now in the same oil and mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  6. Now add the puffed rice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add red chilly powder,salt and again mix well.
  9. Add the fried peanuts and some namkeen gathiya.
  10. Masala puffed rice is ready.
