Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup wheat flou/ or can mix besan, oats flour etc
  2. 1tbs red chilli powder
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tsp coriander powder/ crushed
  5. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  6. 1/4 tsp chana masala/ chole masala
  7. Chopped coriander
  8. pudina dry n crushed/ kasoori methi
  9. 1tbs roasted sesame seeds
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1tbs oil for kneading the dough
  12. Oil/ ghee for roasting


  1. Take wheat flour.
  2. Add pinch salt n oil
  3. Make into soft dough
  4. Give 10 mins rest
  5. For filling
  6. Take 1 bowl n add all the dry ingredients
  7. Now add coriander leaves, sesame seeds, salt n keep aside
  8. Take dough n make peda or loi
  9. Roll into disc size roti
  10. Apply oil or ghee all over the roti
  11. Now take 1tsp prepared masala put on roti n spread all over the roti
  12. Now carefully fold it, like how we fold for normal Lachcha paratha
  13. Then roll it again nor too thick nor thin
  14. Put on heated tawa n roast it from both sides till crisp
  15. Apply ghee or oil
  16. Serve with curd n pickle
