Banana Eggless Pancake (Wheat flour)

Ingredients to make Banana Eggless Pancake (Wheat flour)

  • maida - 1 cup
  • Ripe bananas - 2
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup [or as required]
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1/8 th tsp
  • refined oil
  • honey or maple syrup [as required]

How to make Banana Eggless Pancake (Wheat flour)

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and honey. The bananas must be mashed into a pulp before this. Make sure that the batter is smooth and without any lumps.
  2. Now heat a nonstick pan with some oil for greasing.
  3. Now pour a ladle of the batter into the center. Let this bubble and take a shape.
  4. Add little oil on the sides, flip it to the other side once the bottom is cooked and golden brown in color.
  5. Serve hot with some honey on top and garnish with some chocolate shavings.

My Tip:

Here I used Banana you can add which fruit you like otherwise make plain pancake
