Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sliced bread - 4
  2. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  3. Grated ginger - 1 tsp
  4. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
  7. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves - 8 - 10
  9. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  10. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add hungcurd, coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and salt and mix well. In a bowl add hung curd, coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and salt and mix well
  2. Spread this mixture on the top of the bread.
  3. Cover this stuffed bread slice to other slice.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan.
  5. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to crackle.
  6. Place the sandwich in the medium flame
  7. .When it gets golden brown in one side turn it other side.
  8. When both the slice get golden brown cut into four square pieces and serve on plate.
