Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 750 gm
  2. 3 onion chopped
  3. 3 tomato chopped
  4. 2 green chillies chopped
  5. 2 tbsp ginger garlic
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
  10. Cashew a handful
  11. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  14. Cream 1 tbsp
  15. 1/2 cup milk.
  16. 100 GM CURD

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric , red chilli powder and 1 tsp garam masala. Keep overnight
  2. In a pan add some butter and oil. Add onion , ginger garlic paste saute well. Add tomatoes , cook till pulpy. Add cashew nuts. Cook well. Add salt.
  3. Let it cool and grind to smooth paste
  4. In a pan heat 50 gm butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add marinated chicken into it. Cook till done without adding water.
  5. In another pan heat 50 gm butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add some kasuri methi and onion paste. Saute well. Add garam masala, salt sugar and chilli powder. Saute well. Add some milk ans d mix. Add cooked chicken mix well. Add some more milk. Mix and cover. Cook till done
