This is a quick recipe of bhel, made in chinese style for all the evening hunger pangs.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles - 1 cup
  2. Bell peppers [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
  3. Onion [chopped] - 1
  4. Cabbage [shredded] - 1/4 th cup
  5. Carrot [grated] - 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic [crushed] - 1 tsp
  7. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Chili sauce - 1 tsp
  9. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  10. Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in lots of water with little oil and salt. Drain and keep aside. Sprinkle some flour and cool it in the fridge.
  2. heat oil in a wok, takeout boiled noodles and fry it in hot oil when its turn brown , strain them out.
  3. heat a pan, add little oil when oil heat add garlic and saute for a minute, add onion ,cabbage, carrot and fry for one minute .add sauces and peppe.r mix it well &add fried noodles , mix well and serve immediately.
