ABOUT French Toast Bread RECIPE

French Toast Bread dipped in masala egg and roasted an easy to make snack in breakfast. This can be served for breakfast or as evening snack. Leftovers can be refrigerated and warmed up in the microwave the next day. You could add any kind of seasonings you want, for more flavours add 1 tsp chicken masala or meat masala.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 6
  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. For making egg mix...
  4. Ripe tomato mashed
  5. Eggs 2
  6. Ground pepper 1/4 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
  8. 1 onion chopped
  9. Corriender leaves chopped 1 handful
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the brown slides of the bread slices, cut them diagonally.
  2. In a bowl, mash the tomato well using a fork.
  3. Add all the above mentioned ingredients for making egg mix. Beat well using a whisk.
  4. Place a non stick pan over medium heat, add oil.
  5. Dip the bread slices into the egg mix and coat well, place on the oil and roast till both slides turn golden brown colour.
  6. Transfer to a kitchen paper towel and let cool down a bit and enjoy for breakfast or as an evening snack.
