Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 Gms Cottage Cheese
  2. 1/2 Cup Frozen Green Peas
  3. 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
  4. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the Cottage Cheese into cubes
  2. Heat a pan
  3. Add Clarified Butter
  4. Add Cumin seeds and let them splutter
  5. Add Turmeric Powder
  6. Put the Gas on low flame
  7. Add Cottage Cheese
  8. Sauté it for a minute
  9. Add Frozen Green Peas
  10. Add Salt to taste
  11. Add Red Pepper
  12. Sauté for another 1 minutes on low flame
  13. Dish is ready to serve
