Ingredients to make Frankie

  • For frankie masala :
  • red chilli pwdr - 2 tbspn
  • Roasted jeera pwdr - 2 tbspn
  • Garam masala - 1 tbspn
  • Coriander masala - 1 tbspn
  • Amchooor - 3 tbspn
  • haldi - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - 1 1/2 tbspn
  • For dough:
  • maida - 1 cup
  • wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 2 tbspn
  • butter
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 cup sliced :
  • onion
  • cabbage
  • capsicum
  • carrot
  • 100 gm grated paneer
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tbspn
  • red chilli sauce - 1 tbspn
  • Soya sauce - 1/4 tbspn
  • salt

How to make Frankie

  1. ADD RED CHILLI PWDR,ROASTED JEERA PWDR, TURMURIC PWDR AND AMCHOOR .
  2. NOW ADD GARAM MASALA, CORIANDER PWDR, BLACK SALT AND MIX WELL TO MAKE FRANKIE MASALA.
  3. NOW TAKE MAIDA, WHEAT FLOUR, WATER AND OIL TO MAKE DOUGH.
  4. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 10 MIN
  5. IN A KADHAI ADD BUTTER, GREEN CHILLI PASTE, GINGER PASTE AND ONIONS.
  6. SAUTE TILL IT TURNS PINK.
  7. ADD ALL OTHER VEGETABLES AND SAUTE WELL.
  8. ADD RED CHILLI SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE, SALT AND FRANKIE MASALA.
  9. ADD PANEER, CORIANDER AND MIX WELL.
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND MAKE ROTI.
  11. THODA BUTTER DALKAR ROTI KO DONO TARAF SE BROWN HONE TAK SEKE.
  12. PUT THEM ASIDE.
  13. NOW TAKE ONE ROTI ON TAVA AND SPRINKLE FRANKIE MASALA ON IT
  14. NOW PUT THE STUFFING.
  15. SIMILARLY PREPARE OTHER ROTIS.
  16. LET IT TURN BROWN.
  17. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE.
