Ingredients Serving: 4
2 bowl arhar daal
2 chopped tomatoes
2chopped onions
2 green chilli split
1piece ginger
5_6 garlic clove
1/2 tbsp cumin seed
A pinch heeng
coriander leaves
salt as used
1/2 tbsp red chilli
1/2 tbsp turmeric
Deshee ghee for tadka
Instructions
Soak daal for 15 mn.then boil by adding salt and turmeric.
Now add ghee on pan add heeng cumin seeds.when it crackle add onions saute it add tomatoes ginger garlic.green chilli .red chilli add tadka in boil daal.
When u serve daal garnish with coriander leaves and ghee with red chilli.
