ABOUT Tadka daal RECIPE

This is a yummy recipe of dal with tadka, that can be served with some hot rice or roti. A perfect dal for a perfect meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowl arhar daal
  2. 2 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 2 green chilli split
  5. 1piece ginger
  6. 5_6 garlic clove
  7. 1/2 tbsp cumin seed
  8. A pinch heeng
  9. coriander leaves
  10. salt as used
  11. 1/2 tbsp red chilli
  12. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  13. Deshee ghee for tadka

Instructions

  1. Soak daal for 15 mn.then boil by adding salt and turmeric.
  2. Now add ghee on pan add heeng cumin seeds.when it crackle add onions saute it add tomatoes ginger garlic.green chilli .red chilli add tadka in boil daal.
  3. When u serve daal garnish with coriander leaves and ghee with red chilli.
