ABOUT Poha cutlet RECIPE

This is a yummy recipe of cutlets made with poha or flattened rice, a perfect snack for the evening tea times.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup poha [flattened rice]
  2. Boiled Potato - 3,mashed
  3. Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Semolina - 1 cup
  5. Garlic, ginger paste 1 tbsp
  6. Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. chopped Coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. All ingredients
  2. Wash the Poha . Add onions, poha (beaten ginger, garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves & boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  3. To this add salt, chilli powder and chaat Masala. Mix and mash all this well with your hand. Pour enough Oil to shallow fry.
  4. Make patties of this mixture. Coat the patty with some Semolina for the crunch. 5. Shallow fry or deep fry these coated patties. 6. Serve them hot green chutney..
