Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm orange pulp of 2-3 orange
  2. 1 tsp Lemon zest
  3. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. 1/4 cup Water
  5. 150 gm sugar

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2-3 ORANGES, SLIT SEGMENTS FROM THE CENTRE, REMOVE SKIN & SEEDS TO TAKE OUT PULP
  2. HEAT 250 GMS ORANGE PULP, 1/4 CUP WATER
  3. ADD 150 GMS SUGAR, 1 TSP LEMON ZEST, MIX
  4. BOIL ON MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  5. WHEN IT TURNS THICK, ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. COOK IT FOR 2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  7. REMOVE IN A BOWL
  8. COOL, STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
