ABOUT Muzhu Ullunthu Dosa (Whole Black Gram Dosa) RECIPE

A Dosa native to Tirunleveli in Tamilnadu, which is made atleast once in a week as breakfast. A dosa with amazing health benefit. The whole black gram with skin is used in this dosa and it gives fantastic texture and taste to the dosa. I learnt this through my friends grandma after settiling in this place and from then started making this regularly.
