Its just a new get up of pav bhaji :blush::blush:.Kids loves this experiment.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain wheat...1 & 1/2 cup
  2. oil
  3. salt
  4. Mix veggies (peas,capsicum,boiled potato,beans,carrot)...1bowl
  5. Pav bhaji masala...3tspn
  6. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  7. turmeric powder...1tspn
  8. Lemon juice...2tspn
  9. butter
  10. cheese

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of multigrain wheat, salt, oil & water.Cover it & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add all vegetables & spices.Mix it well.
  3. Add boiled potatoes & salt.Smash it with a smasher.
  4. Add pav bhaji masala & lemon juice.
  5. Make it almost dry.
  6. Now roll parantha & slightly fry it with butter.
  7. Take out parantha from frying pan & place it in a plate.
  8. Put the pav bhaji mixture on one side of the parantha & spread lots cheese on it.
  9. Now cover this side of parantha with other side.
  10. Now heat butter again & fry the both side of quesadilla .
