Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Slices of bread
  2. mozzarella cheese 50gram
  3. Half tomato
  4. 4 fresh basil leaves
  5. balsamic vinegar half teaspoon
  6. olive oil one teaspoon
  7. salt as per taste
  8. black pepper freshly ground one fourth teaspoon
  9. dried oregano one fourth teaspoon
  10. butter one teaspoon to toast

Instructions

  1. Take one slice of bread
  2. arrange Sliced tomato on it
  3. top it with mozzarella pieces
  4. drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on it
  5. place basil leaves
  6. sprinkle salt pepper and dried oregano
  7. top it with the other bread
  8. grease a heated pan with butter and place this sandwich on it
  9. let it cook on one side
  10. flip and cook on other side till nice and crisp
  11. serve hot
