Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 to 7 garlic cloves
  2. 1/2 inch ginger
  3. 3 green chilli
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  6. 2 tbsp rice flour
  7. 2 tbsp jowar flour
  8. 1 tbsp corn flour(makai ka aata)
  9. 1 tbsp chestnut flour
  10. 1 tbsp rajgira flour
  11. 1 tbsp gram flour
  12. 1 medium size chopped onion
  13. 2 tsp curd
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  16. 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  17. 2 tbsp coarsly crushed peanuts
  18. 1/2 tsp hing powder
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Desi Ghee for greasing and cooking

Instructions

  1. First take ginger,garlic,green chilli and cumin in mixer jar and grind it without using water
  2. Now take all flours in deep bowl,add grind chilli,ginger,garlic, cumin paste and chopped onion in it
  3. Add turmeric,kashmiri mirch powder,salt,hing, sesame seeds and peanuts in it and mix well
  4. Now add curd and add water gradually in flour to make smooth dough
  5. When dough is prepare grease with some ghee
  6. Now take ball size dough,roll it with rolling pin and make chappati ,chappati is not to thin
  7. Cut round shape from this with cutter and remove extra dough from it,make all small chappati like this
  8. Now heat ghee in tawa and place few chappati over it to cook,when one side done flip it to cook other side
  9. Cook all chappati like this
  10. Now Saat Dhaan ka healthy breakfast is ready to serve
  11. Serve hot with green chutney for more taste
