ABOUT Dal ki Poori. RECIPE

This is a yummy recipe of pooris with stuffed dal in them, the best use of the left over dal at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bowl wheat flour.
  2. 2 cup left over dal
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp ajwain
  5. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Knead a semi soft using wheat flour, ajwain, salt, water and little oil.
  2. Keep aside for a while.
  3. Now divide the dough out of the dough into small roundels.
  4. Stuff each roundel with the dal, reshape them . Flatten them using a rolling pin and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve them hot with some chutney or pickle.
